2120 on Wednesday evening and I'm tired, wasting time before bed.

It has been a rather big week and a little while since I last posted.

I can happily report that our wedding ceremony is now planned and I have sorted out what music will be playing at the reception. In fact, everything is pretty well on track for...next Saturday!

Friday night was my hen's night. I have to say that I felt really honoured by the turn out. There were even a few unexpected faces which really made my night. I'm feeling loved at the moment. I have also discovered an incredibly awesome pink cocktail which is terribly potent on an empty stomach. From an exercise perspective things have been very different. When I first laid eyes on my new program Free Smiley Face Courtesy of www.FreeSmileys.org I was a tad surprised and wondering how I was going to fit it all in! However, it really is built to be 100% complimentary to what my body does best. I'm working out six days each week and not getting fatigued. Recovery is quick and I'm never stressing an already sore part of my body. With the dietary additions as well as the new supplements my sleep has improved significantly and I am able to get up at 4am to work out without a problem. The weight circuits are good, as are the kettlebells. I am really enjoying the program... even the super short HIIT. I was a tad reluctant to cull it down but have found benefits in being able to squeeze it in before work and see that I can run at 16km/hr and on an incline. Still playing around with Rave, Napalm & NOs Fusion. I am liking the NOs Fusion a great deal and find it works better than the Napalm. No surprises given it is a much more concentrated hit of aminos etc. The Napalm complements Rave well. Still having issues getting what I need for training post night shift. Think it might be a metabolism issue and need to take everything a bit earlier and hit it a bit harder. Will continue to play when I do get back to work in a few weeks.

Managed to get distracted filling out my training diary... any train of thought I had has just dissolved. Free Smiley Face Courtesy of www.FreeSmileys.org

Good night!
