Image and video hosting by TinyPic

No, not pornography I'm afraid... just my best effort at self photography with limited resources.

The bruises are almost identical and sit on the same position on each of my upper thighs.  They are about the size of the impression that would be left from an adult fist if I was punched. They've turned a lovely yellow green now and are the only externally visable sign of Monday's ordeal barring a bruise and nick on my left knee.

I've entered day three of house arrest and it is slowly draining my mind. Image and video hosting by TinyPic The new iPhone games keep me amused for a while however, eventually I get tired and cranky and need to rest.  Food Image and video hosting by TinyPic is about the most exciting thing until my boy comes home... There are only so many times you can check your email in a day.

On the bright side, it is stinking hot Image and video hosting by TinyPic outside and hence, I'm feeling rather good protected from the elements with all the airconditioning.

My car has officially been written off, my policy and registration cancelled. In return for my scrap metal car, they are giving me a nice little sum Image and video hosting by TinyPic, minus my $900 excess and $700 worth of remaining policy fees.  It will be enough to get me a new car though.  Haven't yet 100% decided whether to grab another colt or look at a different breed.  However, I think that I will be changing insurance company given that I've been quoted several hundred dollars elsewhere. My only query is why the next model up on my vehicle is going so cheaply when they were yapping on about how well Colts retain value?  Is it just about to be replaced with a newer model or is there a problem? It seems things aren't on my side.  Last night I awoke to a familiar pain in my RUQ which progressed to a short lived agony.  Although I had thought it was reflux the last time... in the dead of the night from within my drowsy brain an epiphany was born.  Cholelithiasis aka gallstones.  Of course, I don't have it until it is diagnosed, but if I am correct and I continue to look after myself, these attacks should be infrequent and require no further action.

This week is going to be testing....

My favourite manual small car at the moment is the Ford Fiesta. Great drive from all the reviews and the manual has more power than auto. Which is a bit dumb as the auto gear box needs more power ... and that is the only reason I didn't buy one. If you have time You Tube Ford Feista and Top Gear.
